Advo360 exists because victim services organizations deserve purpose-built technology, not corporate software adapted to fit a world it was not designed for.
I am Jeff Thomas, founder of Advo360 and Cybertek Consulting. I built this platform after working directly with victim advocacy organizations and seeing the same problem in every one of them. Advocates tracking cases in systems that could not generate the reports their funders required. Crisis calls documented on paper. Monthly reporting assembled by hand because the software could not produce what the grant demanded. And the available software options were either too expensive, too generic, or built by companies that had never set foot in an advocacy office.
I did not start a software company and then go looking for a market. I was already in the room.
I had already built the infrastructure, managed the networks, deployed the systems, and sat across the table from program directors trying to serve more people with fewer resources while keeping their data safe.
Advo360 came from that experience. Every feature exists because a real operational problem demanded it.
The platform is cloud-hosted in U.S.-based data centers with the same security-first principles that drive my consulting work at Cybertek. Multi-factor authentication enforced for every user. Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access controls. Session timeouts. The security is not a selling point. It is a baseline. The people represented in this data deserve nothing less.
Cybertek Consulting handles the cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and consulting work. Advo360 is the product arm, focused entirely on software for victim services. The commercial consulting work funds the ability to build and price Advo360 in a way that is accessible to grant-funded organizations.
This is not a startup looking for its first customer. The platform is in production. It is being used by real advocates serving real victims.
If your organization is still working around the limitations of software that was not built for this work, that is the problem this platform was built to solve.
