Funder reports from the work your team already does.
Advo360 runs federal and state funder reports straight from the records your advocates keep every day, and lets your organization build its own reports when a funder asks for something new. Reports export to Excel or PDF, or view on screen.
Federal and state reporting
Standard reports are ready for the funders victim services programs answer to:
- VOCA, including the quarterly performance measures
- VAWA (OVW STOP, Rural, and Transitional Housing)
- FVPSA
- HUD comparable database
- State-specific formats, configured for your state
What this means operationally: your grant writer stops assembling numbers by hand from sources that disagree.
Your reports, built by your organization.
Run standard VOCA and funder reports straight from the work your advocates document every day. When a funder asks for something new, your organization builds the report itself: choose what to count, filter by crime, service, advocate, demographics, agency, and date range, save it, and run it again next quarter. No calling us. No fee for a new report. Export to Excel or PDF, or view it on screen.
Standard funder reports are included in every plan. The custom report builder is included in Scale and Network.
Reports you can hand to a funder.
- Every report states your organization, the reporting period, who ran it, when, and which filters were applied.
- Reports that contain identifying information are marked confidential automatically, and you can run a redacted version.
- An Address Confidentiality Program participant's real address never appears in a report or export.
- Run a report once, and you can download it again later.
Numbers you can stand behind.
- Records that will not count toward a federal report are flagged before you submit, not after.
- "Not tracked" and "not reported" are kept as different answers, the way federal reporting treats them.
- When federal categories change, the reports you already filed stay as filed.
- Closing or archiving an incident never removes it from your counts.
What this means operationally: when a monitor asks how you got a number, you can show them.
Coming from another system
We run your old reports and Advo360's reports against the same data before you switch. Most match exactly, and every difference is explained in writing for your review. Where an old report was wrong, we show you both numbers and why.
