Every plan is a flat annual subscription with unlimited users. No per-user fees, no report quotas, and no limits on survivors, records, or storage. An organization should never pay more for helping more people.

Essential

For a single victim services program.

On Scene Response case management. Standard funder reports: VOCA, VAWA (OVW STOP, Rural, and Transitional Housing), FVPSA, HUD comparable database, and state-specific formats. Scale

For organizations running several programs or locations.

Everything in Essential. The Advanced Report Builder: your organization builds, saves, and reruns reports on any field we expose, without calling us. Several programs or locations, each with the right people seeing the right records.

Network

For state agencies, coalitions, and organizations with their own cloud environment.

Everything in Scale. Deployment options for statewide and multi-agency work. Bring your own key, on request: your organization's encryption key kept in a vault you control.
